Brookwood Terrace neighborhood is located in Central San Jose, just 8 blocks east of San Jose State University. Our community, established in the 1930's, is home to nearly 300 single family residents today. Our neighborhood association was formed in 1991 in order to preserve and improve the safety, quality and cohesion of our community. Membership is open to all residents.
